У четврту недељу по Духовима, 28. јуна 2026. године, на празник Светог Великомученика Лазара и свих Светих новомученика српских у нашем Храму Св. Петке у Сан Маркосу молитвено је обележен Видовдан – дан вере, завета и памћења. Након Литургије служен је парастос светим Косовским мученицима – витезовима вере и отаџбине, који су на Косову пољу 1389. године положили своје животе за Крст Часни и Слободу Златну. За кољиво побринулa се Протиница Татиана Катанић.

Славље настављено је ручком у малој црквеној сали где је наступио наш црквени хор, уз асистенцију хармоникаша Петра Станковића, са изабраним нумерима у току Видовданског програма.  Током програма смо одали признање нашим матурантима и пожелели им пуно среће на јесени када почну студије на факултету: Никола Лукић, Катарина Несторовић, Александар Дорхам, Лука Јездић и Ивана Никодијевић.

Након програма, сабрање је забављао хармоникаш Петар Станковић уз песму и весеље.

Молитвама св. Кнеза Лазара и свих српских мученика Господе Исусе Христе Сине Божији помилуј нас и спаси. Амин.

On the fourth Sunday after Pentecost, June 28, 2026, on the feastday of the Holy Great Martyr Prince Lazar of Kosovo and All Serbian Martyrs we prayerfully commemorated our Serbian feast day of Vidovdan – a day of faith, testament and remembrance. At the conclusion of the Liturgy, a memorial service was served in memory of the all the holy Kosovo heroes – knights of faith and fatherland, who laid down their lives on the Kosovo field in 1389 for the Holy Cross and Golden Freedom. Protinica Tatiana Katanic prepared the koljivo for the Parastos service.

The celebration continued with a luncheon in the small church hall where our church choir performed, with the assistance of accordionist Petar Stankovic, with selected numbers during the Vidovdan program. During the program, we recognized our graduates and wished them much happiness and blessings in the fall when they begin their college studies: Nikola Lukic, Katarina Nestorovic, Alek Dohrmann, Luka Jezdic and Ivana Nikodijevic.

Following the program, parishioners were entertained by accordionist Petar Stankovic with song and merriment.

Through the prayers of St. Prince Lazar and all the Serbian martyrs, Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on us and save us. Amen.
